THE VIGIK® SYSTEM
The components of the Vigik® system
Designed by La Poste, the Vigik® system is characterized by a badge and an electronic lock that allow service providers and operators to access the common areas of residential buildings.
Vigik® locks authorize access by programming a service code. This service code is either :
Pre-installed in factory (native code)
Added by the building manager (private code)
In order for a service provider to use a service code to gain access to the building, they must obtain authorization from the appropriate authority. Then, it is necessary to obtain a badge loading system, access badges, a service card* and to organize the regular loading of the badges by its concerned personnel.
WHAT WE, HORANET, PROVIDE :
The badge loading system for operators and loaders
A contactless badge for agents in the field
A service card to record the service codes of operators and service providers in the Vigik® access control system
(*) The service card is only necessary if the service code used is a private code.
WHAT THE VIGIK® ASSOCIATION PROVIDES :
A Vigik® access control system (also called a conventional lock) with a reader and lights on the outside (entrance) of the building and a central unit on the inside.
