Horanet was created in 1999 by Mr. Jean-Michel POUPEAU following the sale of Horoquartz, leader in time management. Today, Horanet has over 750 customers (collectivities) in the Metropolitan France, and overseas departments and territories. Horanet became a major player in his sector thanks to a wide range of solutions:
Horanet is a well-known publisher of softwares for collectivities. Our solution Horanet collectivities enables to manage areas of expertise with a strong user relationship (Sports and Recreation, Waste Management, Children’s Youth, Culture and Museums, Public Transport). We provide business applications and access control systems for each of these sectors, as well as functions unifying the user relationship through a WEB portal, One-Stop shop functionality and unified invoicing.
Horanet designs solutions based on embedded devices with human interaction and NFC sensor. These products can be found in attendance management terminals or in physical access control terminals. Horanet is also the designer of the Lysbox solution, providing 7000 Lysbox to the “Conseil general du Loiret”*. The Lysbox works on Sigfox network, allowing remote monitoring of interventions at the beneficiaries’ homes.
